The service
Vocal Node provides an AI receptionist that answers a clinic's WhatsApp messages, books appointments into the clinic's calendar, sends reminders, and gives the clinic a dashboard. The service is provided to clinics under an agreement with [LEGAL NAME].
Not medical advice
The AI receptionist handles scheduling and general clinic information such as timings and services. It does not give medical advice or diagnoses, and it is not for emergencies. In an emergency, patients should contact emergency services or go to the nearest hospital.
The clinic's responsibilities
- Keep the information the agent relies on (timings, services, doctors) accurate and up to date.
- Keep dashboard sign-in details private and tell us if they may have been shared.
- Make sure its patients are told that messages are handled by an automated assistant, as required where it operates.
Availability
We work to keep the service running but depend on third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google and hosting providers, so we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted.
